Well the paint is also under about an 1/16" of plastic coating as well and the scratches are in the coating. Like I said the black will show the scratches far more than the white will. Not sure if you noticed but most the people complaining about the excessive scratching are the owners of black Nanos.
I've heard equal bitching from both whites and blacks. :dunno:
And maybe i got some sort of super nano, because the paint looks just as bad, if not worse on my sisters white nano than it does on my black.
