The only prelude parts you would need are for the drivetrain. Like clutch, flywheel, and anything engine related. Aside from that the only prelude part you'll have is the shifter assembly. You'll need a set of mounts and axles, which can be anywhere from ~$300 to nearly $1k if you buy HASport at full price.

You need to either trim the passenger mount or remove it depending on what kit you buy, if you have the HASport EGH2 and the optional JDM LSD tranny, you'll need to notch the frame slightly, and you'll need to cut holes for the shifter assembly and the shifter cables. The rest is a bolt in affair. Once you have it all done, you'll need to get the exhaust fixed as the stock prelude downpipe is much longer than the civic's so it'll have to be fixed. Nothing else has to be changed, but it's nice to change some other stuff.
