Just remove the steering column cover, I think there are 4-6 screws that hold it in from the bottom. Rotate the steering wheel (you may have to start the car to get some power assist) so you can get to the two small philips head srews that hold the swtch in position. Remove the two screws, slide the switch out to the side and unplug it from the harness. Reverse for installation.

Fortunately Honda had enough sense to allow for replacement of the switches without having to remove the steering wheel. My wiper switch went bad and I had to replace it. 15 minute job tops.
