FYI, a "poor man's" substitute for air:
Electric Impact Gun + Good Quality Impact Socket
With enough Liquid Wrench and those tools you should be able to remove all but the most stubborned crank pulley bolts. You can always try and break it loose a couple days before you do the work and, if it's trouble, try dousing in Liquid Wrench a couple times a day until you start the repair. Liquid Wrench also helps with those pulleys that are cut to too close a tolerance and won't seem to pull off like they're supposed to.
