It's from an 01 and it's still going, that's a decently long life for a factory radio. I'd ditch it and go aftermarket for the greater compatibility with things like iPods, Sat Radio, Burnable Media, etc. A lot of times with factory stuff, there's no hope and it will cost a small fortune to fix it.
