Its most likely the problem with your disk. sometimes if you insert bad cd disk, it reads ERR. Try unplug the battery and reset the stereo. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RESET CODE BEFORE YOU UNPLUG YOUR BATTERY. And please let us know the result of your problem.
