You can do 400 whp easiliy without sleeves on a good tune.

Eagle rods are plenty sufficient at that power level. If it were me, I would use CP pistons instead of Wiseco and something better than a Blox valvetrain.

Whatever amount of boost gets you to your goal, run it. As high as the engine makes power, set the rev limiter there. With GSR cams, the stock rev limit will be as far as it makes power. It is a turbo engine; you don't have to rev the piss out of it to make insane power.

And skip the block guard.
