On our cars I think that the handling threshold where you'll feel a difference in a upper front strut bar is pretty high. You have to be pushing the car somewhat near it's limits to feel a difference. But when you can buy a TL-S bar for $40-50, why not, so I have one on my 6th gen.

You'll feel more of a difference in handling by adding a thicker rear sway bar.
