I am looking into a buying a used civic. I plan to add:
- turbocharge (2/3) and shoot for ~7 boast
- bigger (~16" rims)
- some engine back exhaust

What model / year / gen. civic should I get to do this? I think a gen. 6 is best for me, as gen.7 are way to much $$ for me right now.
