I have KSport coilovers with the older spring rates, 614f/335r, in my sedan with front and rear STBs (front is triangulated) and my car rides pretty well. I wouldn't say it's smooth, but it's not as harsh as one would assume with the spring rates I have. I played with the shock damping settings and got them at just the right setting.

Aside from comfort, my car handles like a freaking beast...a couple weeks ago I was following a friend in an STi through an on-ramp comfortably while he was feeling he was pushing his car...and I have Falken Ziex ZE512s...good, but definitely not the best. I've also seen 1.02G through a corner on my Beltronics Vector FX1...and that was before my 22mm rear sway bar. Kinda says something if you ask me.
