I wouldn't support the levy because not everyone who buys blanks uses them for burning illegal music. but... thats how taxes work. making people pay for things that they dont use.
oh yeah i forgot to say something about that...
actually 2 things, the majority of blank CD sold are used for music.
secondly, we have a photo shop, and as ost of you know CDs are used alot in the photo industry nowadays. The cd's we use dont have that levy... and we can't use them for anything else but putting photos on them. if we are caught using them for something else the penalty is very high.
