Eh, it could be............but like John Sheppard with his Ford 9" rear end no radiator, and block full of concrete..........I wouldn't consider it a street car.

For me to consider it a street car it needs to have A/C, PS, full interior, stereo, etc..........EVOs are pretty cool but when they start going into the 8s and such they take out a bunch of stuff I like.
