hmmmmm...... well it DOES happen in some places. Sounds like you have been lucky because i remember you guys having a pretty rough winter last year right? Plus i think it was flooding up there a few months back too. Sounds like you were just lucky Shit happens and people want to live in certain places, they will pay to rebuild. Florida is full of old retired people that have nothing better to do with their money than spend it on rebuilding their house every year.
