Hell, it's the same argument that conspiracy theorists use. Like those that believe 9/11 was an inside job.
I do not think that CNN does this on purpose, or that there is any specific conspiracy at play. However, if I was the boss at CNN I would seriously look at what these incidences do to the perception of CNN because you are right, there are probably a lot of right-leaning conspiracy theorists and I am sure a lot of right-leaning pundits that will jump all over this. While I am not a huge fan of CNN I do not believe the errors were intentional, but from a business POV this is not something good for the image of a publicly traded company that has to answer to their shareholders. I cannot think of any other company that would let mistakes like this continue on a repeated basis.
