rotors can warp even if they r new. they just have to get hot then wet. i wouldnt worry about it unless it shakes all of the time then u will know its the rotors. they may have a little run out. my car would do that but it ended up being the sway bar bushings that were bad. i have a 92 with the original rotors and 130,000mi on them and they r fine.
