balance your tires and check the wear, check the air pressure in your tires... and make sure that your steering assembly doesnt have a lot of play in it...
concrete has a different coefficient of friction than asphalt and can cause braking to feel a little different...
Check your calipers and brake cylinders... If your calipers are old, the pistons can engage differently, causing your pads to grab at an angle... this can wear out pads and rewarp your discs in 10k miles...
