Default 95 Accord Upper Control Arm Keeps Breaking?

Whats up guys,

I sold my Honda Accord a few weeks ago and the day that I sold it the upper control arm ball joint seperated from the upper control arm. Instead of screwing this person I went ahead and bought a new arm instead of a used one out of my own pocket and replaced it just like I did when I did the drivers side a year and a half ago. So everythings fine and then a week later I get a call from her saying that the same part is making that knocking sound. I really have no clue what the issue is?

Does anyone know what could cause this to break again? This part is brand new and was 200 bucks, I told her I would take a look at for her but I am not shelling out another 200. What can I do and what can cause this issue? I have never had an issue like this when I did the drivers side a year and half ago.

Please help,
Thanks

PS... the car is lowered and has been for 2-3 years, the alignment is perfect, and has camber kits....
