Well a high performance four cylinder is a compromise for better handling. Although it doesn't provide as much low- and mid-range torque as most V6s do, it still could give a very sporty feeling because you can rev the engine to very high rpm, just that not so practical in normal driving. As far as straight line accleration or sudden acceleration, a V6 should be much better than a I4, but if you are talking about driving in curvy roads, I think a 160hp I4 Accord should be more ideal than the 240hp V6.
