But seriously, you have to pry off the cover (triangle) first. Then depending if you want to or not, you have to take off the entire door panel because it is hard to reach the 3rd bolt (there are 3 holding the mirror and one plastic adapter (power mirror). I took off the panel on one side to access it, and on the other side, I got lazy and squeezed in the wrench.
So that's pretty much it:
1) Triangle Panel
2) 3 Bolts, and the adapter
3) That's it.
Oh, you might want to take off the rubber gromet on the old mirrors and put them on your new set.

I didnt get mirrors, but I might soon depending on the pricing situation on the ones Im looking at. Im actually installing something else that requires me to remove the mirrors.
