If you sent money through, credit card, debit card or money through your bank you can get all your money back via opening a dispute through your form of payment. They will get the money from paypal and forces paypal to get the money from the scammer. Paypal keep eating up those fees but tries litlle when you get screw so screw paypal... but seriously you can get your money back if you paid using anything else but actual funds from your paypal account. Everytime I get scammed I go straight to my bank and I get all my money back. I don't deal with paypal and their sucky investigation system. Hope this help you out...
