My point is there is a power antenna wire on aftermarket head units that when it is hooked up AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE, it will only come up when the radio is on, not when you are listening to CDs. Not a difficult concept, you don't need a switch unless you want to listen to the radio with your antenna down, which would equal only if you want to listen to static.
