"I see that my car was parked in the garage. Is it done?"

"Mrs. Fernandez, the car might be done but I still need to get an RO from the technician so that I'll know what was completed and print out an invoice for you."

"I've been here since 8:00am!"

"Ma'am, it says here on the original RO that you checked in at 8:51am."

"But my car is done!"

"Ma'am, please work with me here. Once I get that paperwork from that technician, I'll print out an invoice and let you know."

Customer slowly walks away...
