I had the unpleasent experience of dealing with this dealership too.
Just down the street from Tweeter i think. They were supposed to order some parts for my car, and when i dropped the car off, they didnt have the parts in stock. They arranged for a loaner, but when i got everythying back, they skipped some things and i told them to get their f*cking act together. Then they tried to stiff me with the loaner car bill from Enterprise.

I had some VERY harsh things to say to Honda of America. Ever get those courtesty follow up calls that ask about the quality of service? I stated it's the worst ever and pepboys do a hell of a better job.
