i just did a quick rundown of my monthly expenses... and it came out to $2586.... not including food. i didnt include going out and shopping because those arent necessecities that are fixed expenses. this also doesnt include the mortgage payment + HOA on the loft that i just got 3 months ago which is $3160/mth just for that place.... i need to find a renter for it asap :hs:
