Honda has the best in-house team. Toyota has grown too big and they rely too much on Yamaha or others, it seems at times. Ford is farther down the road after the purges. After Honda, I think GM has the best engineering staff.
I don't know what to think about Chrysler or Nissan.
I left engineering school after the first year for the social sciences.
Honda never contacted me regarding my application for their marketing program. Gee, I wonder why.
