you want better gas mileage, make sure your plugs, wires and rotor are all good and upgrade the stock coil to an MSD, I went from around 25mpg to ~30mpg average on my EX.

Also... the filter is too close to the motor... you'll just be sucking in heat from the motor and as we all know, hot air is not good for performance... trim the blue hose down some too.
