Ok made another one just now.


Had it marinate since late last night. Took it out of the fridge, let it come to room temperature. Heated grill closed on high, then lowered to mediumish temp and payed attention. Nice amount of seasoning. Pinkish in the middle, perfect outside.


I was drunk and tired last night. I have redeemed myself.
