The one thing im kinda iffy about is where the Engine Code is stamped it looks like its been grinded down.
If You use a P28 u can keep it obd1 and not have to worry about all the OBD2 Shit that is on there. For everything he got, even if its not a Type R motor its a damn good deal. He is gonna to be replacing all the Internal with Low CR stuff so all he is gonna to use is the Higher flow head.
