when i install them for customers at work, i am required to hook it up properly - meaning an in-dash dvd display will not work without the ebrake engaged. they always ask me how to override it, and of course i cannot tell them, but i do tell them that if they bring the e-brake up one click, it will send a ground signal and still not be engaged. they always like that answer
