I now have a new stereo and the old one (with changer) is on a shelf in my garage. There is definitely only one connector for a harness, and I understand you need a second connector for the iPod adapter. The new stereo sounds way better, and having it display the track title, etc., on the stereo is great. Where I used to have a changer, I now have a storage area for CDs. Something I hadn't thought of is that MP3/AAC CDs hold many more songs than a standard CD, so I really don't miss the changer. With better sound, better iPod integration, and more flexibility with CDs, I'm actually glad the iPod adapters for the factory stereo didn't work.
