Need a little info on battery acid. My car wouldn't start in the morning so I caught a ride to work and when I got back last night I found that my battery had leaked all over!! My paint was gone under the battery and looks like the acid also leaked on my CV boots. Do I need to be concerned about the acid working its way through the boots? Any suggestions on best way to clean to make sure things doen't rust through all over?
