Wait, is the CD changer in question a trunk mounted one? If so, the solution is easy. Just get an adapter (such as from Blitzsafe) that is designed to plug into the CD changer port, then there should also be some sort of Y-cable available so that you can have both the AUX and the CD changer. I'm not sure of this fact, but again,t here is such a Y-cable for the XM, so why not one for the trunk changer?

Sorry I'm not much help. I've owned 4th, 5th, and 7th gen Accords, but I have next to zero experience with 6th gens.
