well i think i found the problem , im going to be the first one to call myself stupid for this, the stock itr strock its 87.2mm and the new crank stroke brings it to 89mm. I checked and the rods are barely nicking the part where the cylinder wall meets the crankhousing. i did a little grinding on the section and it dampend the sound a little but im pulling the motor removing everything and making the rest of the clearence for the rods......a friend of mine had the same problem when he got strocker crank. i have to give thanks to the company JGE that lied to me about stock specs....but anyways its a much lighter crank and its bumping my compression up just a bit so no worries
