1. to avoid speaking with T-mobile's automated voicemail, just say "I lost my phone" and u'll be directly connected to a representative

2. DO NOT pay full price for Careerbuilder's premuim services..... fill in every detail until the payment page..... stop there, and wait for an email... for the resume distribution thingy, i did tht 4 times and got 10% off each time i bailed out at the payment page
