get an optimum battery also to go along with your high amp alternator....i just put a 110 amp alternator and left the reg. battery in my 98 but mine is a v6 so the stock one was rated at 90 amps i think......whats the reason of you needing a high amp alt. , you putting in alot of work on your car (screens/sound system/lighting....etc)?????
