That BXi1606D is a nice amp at a bargain price, but you'd have to be very conservative on the gains. It'll give you plenty of headroom in case you want to upgrade to a sub with higher power ratings in the future.

You may also want to check out the BXi606. It'll give you 600W RMS and is roughly $75.00 cheaper.
