i dont think you should worry about the rcas crossing with the power wires. i run them along the same side. i have no whine what-so-ever. check your rcas. then redo your ground.
it all depends on the brand of rca's.. the cheap ones hes using might not be shielded, in that case it will pick up interference from the power wire.. just upgrade the RCA's with something better (fosgate, stinger)..
