Build/update the motor and fuel system for boost, trailer it or limp it to your tuner, let HIM decide at what boost pressure level you're best built to run. You haven't even posted what turbo you're thinking about putting on this setup so how can you talk about 18 psi? I ran ~23 psi on my setup, but I was BUILT and very well tuned for my setup. I didn't say "I think I'll go with......... 29 psi". I took it to a tuner, we went to a dyno and we tuned for 10, saw that it could take more and went to 12. I ended up running 12 psi on my first build and learned about boost and what it takes to make a motor that will take more, thus make more power. Build for POWER not for PSI. /soapbox :uhhok:
