The G2 Integra has a B18A stock. B-series motors (except for the really old ones in the 88-91 Prelude) are all interchangeable so the B16 bolts right in. The A/C should also work just fine.

As far as putting it into your particular car, that automatic transmission ain't gonna help. Some people swap over from an automatic to a manual but most of the time it's cheaper/easier to just sell the car with the automatic and buy one with a manual.

One guy on here (shadowdawn) has a turbo'd like '00 LS automatic that puts down 189 hp to the wheels and his best run in the 1/4 is a 14.8. Granted it's in the 14's, but a GSR with boltons--which puts down around 155 hp--can run that easily.
