I'm not trying to challenge you on this, but I know for a fact that the lower tranny mount is differnet.
It has a triangle pattern to it while the civic tranny mount is an odd shaped triangle, that one has to be changed to GSR for sure.
Also, the rear tortion mount is different, the mount points are different on the tranny/motor...
don't make be break out my camera and prove this one. 
I just installed this engine, and I didn't touch any of the mounts,
including the rear mount. I slapped a poly insert in it and installed the engine. Granted, I didn't keep my AC (94 cx).
