Wavering between 158 and 163, but that's from the 145 I've weighed since High School. I have quite a few noticable changes in my overall appearance and my wife is always commenting on my arms. My co-workers have even made a few comments totally out of the blue, which is nice.
My partner and I workout 5 days a week and have made substantial gains in strength over the last two months that we've been working out together. I'm repping 205 on the bench now, compared to the 165 I was originally benching as a max (1 rep). My abs and chest are sore today... always a good feeling.
