The 7th gen shares it's platform with the TSX but none the less that 7th gen had major metal work done to incorperate the TSX lights, but it would be easier since a 7th gen shares the fender curves in a way. Bumper and radiator height would match up as well.
Putting TSX headlights on a 6th gen Accord, might as well try and fit S2000 lights just as easy.
