okay i bought a b20vtec engine both head (b16a) and block (b20b) in stock condition, now i know that this is not very reliable but i have this idea in mind------> i dont want to sleeve the engine because i dont have enough money for that, so i was thinking of putting in some decent compression pistons (JE 10.5:1) along with new connecting rods eg. crower, eagle ect. with ARP rod bolts, and ARP head studs. My goal is to get at least 180 hp out of this engine. It will be my daily driver so i need reliability, i would like it to be able to rev to at least 7500- 8000 rpm pretty safely if possible.

let me know what you guys think about this.
