yesterday i worked on arms, and by the last set, i was doing bicep individual arm curls @ 35lb'sx8.
on the tricep machine, i maxed out the machine at 220lb'sx8 times. i had to wear the seatbelt.

NOTE - these results were done on the third set.
legs - squats, not maxing, 180 lb's 8 times.
leg press - 420lb's 8 times.
leg curls - 220lb's 10 times.
calve(sp) push downs - 190lbsX10 times.
theres more, but i forget.
tonight is chest.
