I lost 5lbs the week before last, just by teaching a golf camp and then playing golf after in 110 degree heat.
I'm going to do a chest workout tonight, followed by some rotator cuff rehab exercises...hopefully everything goes well. Probably not going to do shoulder/back exercises for a while until I figure out how my shoulder is doing...so I'll probably lift every other day. Chest/RC, then bi's/tri's...maybe run on my off days.
