SOL i think means So Out of Luck, and i don't understand your question? if there is some body filler just sitting somewhere random , take a plastic puddy knife and chip that nasty right off, but of you already painted over it... you can either 1. live with it, 2. scape it off and sand it up and then either touch up paint or repaint it.
