haha, i am pretty sure those are the plastic o-rings that go in between the perch and spring and then another between perch and perch lock ring, they keep metal on metal contact from happening. They are probably like 16 or so of varying size, just use common sense and put them where they fit, I personally have never used or seen "coilovers" in person but just from looking at ebay I can sorta of tell what they are for.

I know you already bought them but coilovers are a bad way to lower your car, they never give good ride quality unless you buy a very nice set AKA, Tein, and from what i've heard, tire wear is a bitch if you plan on "adjusting" them and if your not planning on "adjusting them" from the 0"-4" they adjust then it's easier and cheaper to buy a set of lowering springs.
