Also, knowing what positions the other owners have already drafted and what they need can help you find out if the player you want will still be around in later rounds...making him a better value. This also means you can pick up a better player at another position, earlier.
I missed out on a few players that I was targeting specifically, but had 2 or 3 others in mind which worked out well for me. It is hard to judge when someone is going to be taken since I have never drafted with you guys before.
