Default not getting spark from spark plug.

I have a 95 GSR motor in my 94 Honda Del Sol. I just got done changing my radiator because just started leaking from the up portion of the radiator. After changing the radiator, I decide to change out my distributor cap and rotor, and even the spark plugs and wires. I started driving and suddenly lost all power (won't start up anymore). No spark from the spark plugs and the distributor still turns (can't have a broken timing belt). From the engine does the first cylinder start from 1 on the right (timing belt side) and end up four on the left (distributor side) 4-3-2-1...... my firing order is 1-4-3-2.

Looking at the distributor, it goes like this:

3 4
1 2

Can someone verify if this is correct.
