like i said it may be a stupid question but it doesnt hurt to ask, I have always wondered about this and thought that i wuold ask
turbo's have their own sort of intake. Instead of going from the throttlebody out to the air filter, they either go from the throttlebody to the turbo, or to an intercooler, and then to a turbo. And then there's a second part of the intake that has the air filter on it, where the turbo sucks in the air.
